Heatsink with 12VDC Fan
Highly efficient heat sink design. I use mine with a donut shaped aluminum plate added to the front surface to cool a 100 watt Broadband minus green LED grow light. A MPJA 32764 temp controller controls the fan. House plants do not seem to mind a breeze as long as it is a warm one. So no matter what the temperature is in my house in winter the fan only runs when it needs to and when it can blow a 80F and above air stream.

1 Diameter Heat-sink Area, Lots of Air, and Quiet
I tapped a #6 hole and bolted a 150 Watt MOSFET to it. It is used as a power supply dummy load. It runs very cool.

Great LED Heat sink
We have used several of these to mount a 10W LED. Tap the heat sink for 2-56 screws to mount the LED by its 2 holes. The LED stays cool to the touch the fan is optional.
